Vijay Deverakonda joins bud-e to re-define Urban Mobility
Minister of Urban Development Telangana, Shri KT Rama Rao launched the New EV Policy 2020. He is seen with noted Telugu Actor VIjay Deverakonda along with other bud-e founding team Vijay Madduri, Kedar SelgamShetty, Vamsi Karumanchi.
The Actor thanked the TS Govt for the New EV Policy and wished the state to be a game changer and torch bearer in the EV sector for the entire nation. He conveyed the big news about his partnering with Watts & Volts Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad based electric vehicle startup which is gearing to commence its operations in Hyderabad and Mumbai very soon. He went on to add, “I strongly believe in sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives that facilitate a greener future. With Watts and Volts, we are working on electric cycles, bikes and scooties that will eliminate pollution, for short travel as opposed to the conventional fuel based transportation system”.
The company’s operation plan and vision statement was also launched at the Telangana EV Summit on Oct 30 , 2020 at Hyderabad, adding under its pay- per- use model, a user can just pay for using the EV only for the distance travelled.
