Vijay is an exponential technologies enthusiast and believes in leveraging innovation to radically redefine & transform not just businesses but the society at large.

As a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist and a die-hard technologist at heart, he has extensive experience in managing large scale technology programs for marquee clients in the US, Europe, Middle East and Australian markets. Vijay comes with more than 25 years of diverse experience in thought leadership, business development, client services, delivery and people management.

In his recent stint, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Incessant Technologies, a Digital Process Automation consulting company, grew the same close to a $100 Million USD company, before a successful exit.

Vijay holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Computer Science from University of North Texas. Vijay also has immense passion in Sports, Entertainment and Social Impact Areas, and is Co-Owner of Hyderabad ISL Football Team.

Adithya Tekumalla Venkat is a supply chain management and logistics expert and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

His interests are re-defining urban mobility with EV, reducing traffic congestion on roads and the dependence of individuals on personal automobiles.

He aims to cater the first and last-mile connectivity and create an EV ecosystem with swappable battery charging networks, Sustainable solutions & approach via strategic collaborations with business and potential alliances.

In his recent stint he was also a part of IPL and ISL tournament operations.

Bharath Chava, Head - Strategy & Business Ops

Bharath Chava is a passionate business leader with a proven track record in startup operations. After graduating with a degree in computer science, he began his career as a field sales executive at Indiamart, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become an assistant manager. In this role, he built a sales team that consistently ranked in the top 10 at the national level.

Bharath's passion for startups led him to join Bounce, a dockless bike rental startup. He joined the operations team as a lead and quickly made an impact, building the most efficient cost-to-output ratio in the company's operational verticals. He was then promoted to the strategy and special projects team, where he conceptualized and initiated many new initiatives. He worked closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to execute these projects, helping Bounce to grow rapidly.

Academically he also holds Dual MBAs from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (IMT G) and Deakin Business School - Deakin University, Australia. Bharath's obsession with business operations and genuine interest in solving challenges in the mobility sector led him down the path of entrepreneurship.

Vijay is Co-Owner of Hyderabad ISL Football Team, Venture capitalist and a die-hard technologist at heart, Vijay comes with more than 25 years of diverse experience in thought leadership, business development, client services, delivery and people management. He was a co-founder of Incessant Technologies which had a successful exit. He now founded Aimlytics Technologies to provide next generation solutions through Artificial Intelligence. During this stint, he was quick to identify the challenges of urban mobility, chaotic congestion, wait time and dependency on shuttle services, and the challenges of shared transport services during the pandemic. Hence, the idea of bud-e was born. Vijay holds an MBA from University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Computer Science from University of North Texas.

Kedar Selgamshetty

Kedar has always been a magnanimous force of nature. At 33 years of age, this young businessman has proven to be a boon in all his ventures, that turned out to be extremely profitable. Truly, a man with a Midas touch. Born in Hyderabad, educated in New Jersey, USA. He has been into multiple ventures and had successful exits, prior to joining Bud-e team. This is a man that cannot concede to the commonality but will challenge the present for a better future. With a larger-than-life personality and an even bigger heart, Mr Selagamshetty has never been the one interested in boring traditional business. A shrewd dealmaker and an extremely loyal, hardworking personality; he has always chosen to be an innovator and path breaker.

Vamsi Karumanchi

As serial entrepreneur, promoter, and director at bud-e, Vamsi is responsible for the firm’s operations management, deal sourcing and financial modelling. He has over 15 years of experience across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring across retail, technology, food & beverage, consumer products, healthcare and entertainment industries. Vamsi also has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s in Information Technology from Madras University, India.
